It’s no secret that the colours we wear spark emotions in those around us, sending a clear message at a glance.
You already know this—but our favourite shades this fall are simply unmissable.
Pilar Dalbat:
Designer Pilar Dalbat surprised us in the Winter 2017 season with her 5B Collection—a line full of memories and clear nods to her past, where the ticking clock at home set the rhythm of life. She describes it beautifully:
“The clock in the hallway set the cadence of our lives. As we turned the key and crossed the threshold, a quick glance at the hands told us what the immediate future held. A future measured in minutes, in seconds—a future that moved forward unstoppably to the beat of that pendulum suspended in the air.”
Her designs take us on a journey through her love of fashion and her passion for the city of Granada, where she grew up.
We’ve selected two of her outfits to showcase the softer colours that stood out on runways this season—tender, elegant, and full of design. Don’t miss them.
1. Ballet slipper
As the name suggests, ballet slipper brings back memories of our childhood dance shoes, awakening the ballerina within.
This soft, powdery pink—part of the neutral palette—is perfect for a romantic and elegant look, evoking a personal style that is sweet and innocent. Definitely a shade to bring your inner dancer to life.
This look includes an oversized printed tee and a double-layer pleated skirt that adds romantic movement and volume. It could easily become your go-to outfit this season.
2- Natural grey
El natural grey es un color que transmite bienestar, aportando serenidad y luminosidad al look.
It evokes a time when simplicity and refinement reigned—yet it feels fresh and innovative, giving a sense of elegance and taste to those who look upon it.
Pilar Dalbat uses a mesh lamé fabric with silver reflections in this bold and personal two-piece. The versatility of the top and long skirt offers countless styling possibilities.
Beatríz Peñalver:
The Pierrot Winter 2017 Collection by designer Beatríz Peñalver captivated us. Inspired by the iconic character from Italian comedy, known for his dramatic costumes, the collection has a universal flair.
Her collections are bold, colourful, and far from conventional. Today, we spotlight three pieces that showcase the most innovative autumn colours—don’t miss out on these creations.
3. Navy peony
This season’s “new black”—navy peony—is one of the strongest trends this fall.
It’s a mix of navy blue with a grey or lead tint that gives a serene, fresh and classic air, while also evoking Mediterranean vibes true to Peñalver’s roots.
Here, we see a high-neck dress with a maxi ruffled yoke, adding majesty and movement. The gabardine fabric adds volume, making it a standout piece.
4. Grenadine
Named after the vibrant fruit and fabric, grenadine is full of strength and inner light. Bold and dynamic, it evokes the dramatic collars of Elizabethan harlequins—confident, daring and full of flair.
This look features a voluminous tulle and chiffon skirt with a matching top, signature elements of the designer’s style. A fur stole completes the outfit—perfect for chilly months.
5. Autumn maple
If autumn had a signature colour, it would be autumn maple. Streets and plazas turn this shade every year, glowing with orange warmth.
This colour brings a sense of coziness and liveliness, with russet and tawny undertones that reflect a cheerful, sociable personality—with a hint of exoticism.
This striking bomber in the season’s boldest hue adds instant personality and sophistication. The shiny gabardine reveals the designer’s essence—and we’re absolutely smitten.
